FAQ

Bakery billing questions.

Can QPOS be used for a bakery or sweet shop counter?

Yes. QPOS is built for quick counter billing: search or short codes, one tap to bill, and a printed receipt. Many bakeries also run a small café section, which QPOS handles with tables and KOTs.

Can I keep a price list with many items?

Yes. Import your full menu from Excel or CSV, organise it by category and change prices any time.

Does it handle GST for bakery items?

Yes. Set the GST rate per item, and QPOS splits CGST and SGST on the bill and in the GST report. Check the correct rate for each product with your CA.

Can I track stock of cakes and sweets?

Yes. Add stock items, record purchases and get low-stock alerts. Automatic stock deduction from each sale is coming in a later update.

How much does it cost?

₹9,999 a year with every feature, including installation and staff training.
