Does QPOS connect to Swiggy and Zomato?
Not yet. Today you punch aggregator orders into QPOS like any other order, so your KOTs, kitchen display and reports cover every order. If automatic Swiggy and Zomato order sync is a must for you, tell us during the demo.
Can I run more than one brand from one kitchen?
You can keep separate menu categories for each brand and see item and category sales for each. For full separate billing per brand, talk to us during the demo.
Does the kitchen display work for delivery orders?
Yes. Every order, whatever its type, lands on the kitchen display by station, with time alerts so delayed orders stand out.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your kitchen's PC, with automatic daily backups. Nothing is stored in any cloud.
