Is QPOS good for a small café?
Yes. Most cafés run QPOS on one counter PC and a small thermal printer. It costs ₹9,999 a year with every feature, and you can add a kitchen screen or a captain phone later at no extra charge.
Can I bill takeaway and dine-in from the same screen?
Yes. Pick the order type when you start an order. Reports show sales by order type and payment mode.
Does it take UPI and card payments?
QPOS records cash, UPI, card and due payments, including split payments on one bill. It does not process the payment itself, so you keep using your own UPI QR and card machine.
Can I add milk, sugar or extra shot options?
Yes. Items can have variants and add-ons, so a cappuccino can be regular or large, with an extra shot, and the price updates on the bill.
